Tiddlers Room

The Tiddler Unit provides a caring and safe environment for babies from the age of 6 weeks to 2 years. The staffing ratio is 1 member of staff to a maximum of 3 children. This allows the children to explore, socialise and learn within a warm and friendly environment. All the children are encouraged to contribute and experience the activities that take place during the day.

There is a sleep area within the Tiddlers Unit for the children that is equipped with cots, blankets & clean linen for your child whilst at nursery, as well as a separate changing area where the children are washed and have their nappies regularly changed.

The children have two outdoor play areas available to them, which we use whenever the weather permits. The garden areas are designed for the children to have as much fun outdoors as indoors with lots of textures and all weather apparatus.

Information

We ask parents to provide a change of clothes, because as much as we try to keep the children clean, accidents do happen and they can get dirty during play. Also we ask you to bring nappies and also any formula milk or solid food your baby might need during the day. This can be discussed in more detail with the Tiddlers Team Leaders.
